At Céleste Jewelry, we are committed to providing quality jewelry and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • The jewelry must have been purchased directly from Céleste Jewelry.
  • The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with its packaging and all accessories included, if applicable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
